Our commission rates range from 2% to 5% depending on the volume and type of transaction. All commission rates are transparent and agreed upon before any transaction.
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. However, as agricultural products, tomatoes are subject to natural variations. Buyers are encouraged to inspect produce before purchase.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of transaction. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other standard payment methods. All payments must be settled as per the agreed terms.
Transportation services are available at additional cost. Delivery timelines depend on destination and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Satnam Tomato Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
